Prabhjot Singh, commissioned as Army Lieutenant, joins 11 Maratha Light Infantry unit. He fulfills his late brother's dream of becoming an officer. His brother, Captain Inderjit Singh, died while on duty. Prabhjot's father, Joginder Singh, was a subedar in the Army. His brother-in-law, Avtar Randhawa, is also a Lieutenant.
