The Indian Institute of Management, Visakhapatnam, concluded a three-day management development programme on 'how to say it at work: skills to communicate with superiors, colleagues, and external customers' for executives from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. Participants delved into the intricate art of effective communication, honed their techniques, and shared invaluable insights. The programme received appreciation for its faculty, course content, and enriched participants' mindset on communication skills. Certificates were awarded to the participants by IIMV dean Prof MV Anuradha and coordinator Prof Shivshanker Singh Patel.
