Digi Yatra to cover 25 more airports by end of '24: Jyotiraditya Scindia

IndiaTimes Friday, 15 December 2023
The number of Digi Yatra-enabled airports will increase from 13 currently to 38 by 2024-end, making domestic flying a paperless experience at 25 additional places, Union aviation minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said Friday. Also, big airports - which had started resembling cramped malls on weekends, albeit with aerobridges - will be allowed to have shops only after ensuring required space for necessities like main touchpoints such as security and seating, by factoring in projected traffic growth.
