Oman Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik accorded ceremonial reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan

The Sultan of Oman, Haitham bin Tarik, received a ceremonial reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Droupadi Murmu welcomed him. Sultan Haitham bin Tarik inspected a Guard of Honour. Union Minister of State V Muraleedharan received the Sultan at the Delhi airport. The Sultan of Oman is on a state visit to India. He will visit the National Gallery of Modern Art and hold a meeting with PM Modi at Hyderabad House. The visit aims to strengthen bilateral ties and explore collaboration for regional stability.
