Reacting to his bonhomie with former CM Ashok Gehlot, Union minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat said that people from Rajasthan do talk with each other. Shekhawat mentioned that there is a difference of opinion between them, but no personal enmity. During the swearing-in ceremony, the trio of Shekhawat, Gehlot, and Raje were seen sitting in the front row, interacting and laughing. Shekhawat also mentioned that Gehlot invited him for a cup of tea and appreciated his statement about joining him. Shekhawat had been indicating dropping the defamation suit if Gehlot regretted taking his mother's name.
