Delhi: This 'tour and travel agency' took US citizens for a ride, 4 arrested

Delhi Police's Crime Branch busted a call centre masquerading as a travel agency in northwest Delhi. The call centre had a strategically designed ticketing website that targeted American travellers. Four key suspects were arrested, and 20 supporting staff were bound down for investigation. The accused tricked victims into paying for cheap airfares using fake toll-free numbers and obtained their personal details. They split the payment among themselves and changed the numbers whenever Google blocked them.
