India's judicial authorities have 'no jurisdiction' in Nikhil Gupta case: Czech justice ministry
Czech justice ministry spokesperson Vladimir Repka stated that India's judicial authorities have "no jurisdiction" in the case involving Nikhil Gupta, as it falls under the jurisdiction of the Czech Republic. The United States has requested Gupta's extradition, and the proceedings are currently in progress.
