After 64-day trial, 21-year-old given death for kidnapping, raping & killing 4-year-old
A 21-year-old man has been sentenced to death by a special Pocso court in UP's Farrukhabad for kidnapping, raping, and killing a four-year-old girl. The court also imposed a penalty of Rs 2.2 lakh on the convict, with half going to the parents of the victim. The crime took place in Farrukhabad district on September 12 and the child's body was found in an orchard. The court described the crime as 'committed without provocation, just to satisfy one's lust', and classified it as a 'rarest of rare' case.
