The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will seek legal advice on the Enforcement Directorate's fresh summons to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Kejriwal skipped the second summons and the ED issued a notice for questioning on January 3. Gopal Rai, a senior party leader, stated that they will consult with legal experts upon Kejriwal's return from his Vipassana. The AAP believes the summons are politically motivated to counter the party's growing popularity. This is the third notice to Kejriwal, who is currently undertaking a 10-day Vipassana meditation course.
