Giving the Maharashtra government a breather, quota activist Manoj Jarange said on Saturday that if the government does not meet the Maratha reservation demand by January 20 he would launch his final indefinite hunger strike at Mumbai's historic Azad Maidan. Jarange had said he would reveal his stand on the future of the agitation for Maratha reservation after CM Eknath Shinde announced that the reservation demand would be fulfilled by calling a special session in February.
