The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) disputes the Congress government's white paper on Telangana's finances, claiming that the value creation by BRS government during 10-year rule was more than Rs 50 lakh crore. BRS working president K. T. Rama Rao criticizes the state government for exaggerating claims by clubbing government-guaranteed and non-guaranteed loans together. He also accuses the Congress of misrepresentation of facts regarding loans availed by SPVs/corporations/institutions. KTR emphasizes the progress made in Telangana in the last 10 years, including growth in per capita income, GSDP, and reduction in poverty.
