Drone-dropped arms, cash seized near LoC in Akhnoor

Two drone-dropped packets containing arms and cash were seized in a joint operation by the Army and the Jammu police from a village near the Line of Control (LoC) in Akhnoor sector of Jammu division of J&K on Sunday. The recovery comes after a day when alert Army troops foiled an infiltration bid by eliminating a terrorist in the same sector. According to officials, on specific information, the Army and the police launched a joint operation and recovered two packets leading to the recovery of the arms and cash.
