Bombay high court vacation bench allows Rhea Chakraborty to travel for a week abroad

IndiaTimes Tuesday, 26 December 2023
The Bombay high court vacation bench suspended the Look Out Circular, allowing actor Rhea Chakraborty to travel to Dubai from December 27 to January 2, 2024. She will attend a Pet food meet and greet event as the brand ambassador for Drools Pet Food. Chakraborty had sought the suspension of LOC and permission to travel, claiming a fundamental right to travel. The CBI opposed her plea, questioning the HC's jurisdiction and claiming that she may flee.
