J-K court declares 23 terrorists based in Pakistan, PoK proclaimed offenders

A court in Jammu and Kashmir has declared 23 terrorists from Kishtwar district proclaimed offenders. The court has given them one month to appear before it in connection with registered cases, or their properties will be attached. With this order, the total number of proclaimed offenders in Kishtwar is now 36. The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Kishtwar credited the diligent efforts of the Kishtwar police for gathering crucial intelligence and presenting it before the court. The police have already identified properties of 12 of the terrorists.
