The Uttarakhand government has awarded a contract to Noida-based unmanned aerial vehicle company IG Drones to survey the Uttarakhand Metro Rail Project for the proposed personalised rapid transport (PRT) corridor. The PRT corridor will connect Haridwar, Rishikesh, and Dehradun. IG Drones will use high-tech drones equipped with advanced sensors to capture high-resolution images, videos, and additional data from the ground. The collected data will be processed through their proprietary software, IG One, to provide comprehensive technical insights and analytics to government officials and regulatory bodies for real-time project tracking and enhanced safety measures.
