Gurgaon: 18 days after hit & run, delivery agent still in coma

A Zomato delivery agent, Suboot Sarkar, is in a coma after sustaining severe brain injury, fractures, and a brain haemorrhage in an accident. The accident occurred when Sarkar's bike was hit by a Skoda Superb near Ambedkar Chowk in Gurgaon. The car driver fled the scene, leaving Sarkar unconscious. Sarkar's family has started a crowdfunding initiative to cover his medical expenses. Doctors have advised brain surgery, but survival chances are slim. The traumatic brain injury could lead to psychiatric disorders.
