Thakur questioned if Kejriwal is above the law and expressed concern over corruption cases in the Delhi government. Kejriwal, in response, stated that the ED had sent a false summons to him and emphasized his honesty. He declined to appear on the summoned date, calling the notice illegal and criticized the agency for its non-disclosure and non-response approach.
