Murder accused parties in jail in Punjab, circulates video

Officials register a case against an accused in a murder case for holding a birthday party with inmates at Central Jail. Arun aka Mani Rana of Una district in Himachal Pradesh celebrated his birthday inside the barrack, making pakoras and chai. He recorded a viral video of the celebration. Jail authorities conducted a search and identified six more inmates involved. Possession and use of a mobile phone is the offense. Jail superintendent Shivraj Singh Nandgarh took immediate action.
