Wanted for 13 years, Hizbul terrorist held in Delhi

A central intelligence agency apprehended Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Javed Ahmed Mattoo in Delhi. Mattoo, a high-priority catch and one of the longest surviving category A++ terrorists, was involved in 11 known terror attacks in J&K. He had been hiding in Nepal and came to Delhi to collect arms and ammunition. Mattoo was arrested by the Special Cell of Delhi Police and was found carrying a 9mm Chinese Star pistol.
