Friday, 5 January 2024 Kalyan MP Shrikant Shinde initiated the deep clean mission, a comprehensive cleanliness campaign in Kalyan and Ulhasnagar. Shinde instructed the UMC Chief to clear the road and ensure proper cleaning. The campaign, started by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, aims to clean roads, footpaths, public toilets, parks, and playgrounds, and take action against abandoned vehicles and unlicensed billboards. .
