Ambati Rayudu ends YSRCP innings 10 days after joining party

Cricketer Ambati Rayudu quit YSRCP after finding the pitch queered for a Lok Sabha poll ticket from Guntur. He joined YSRCP on December 28 and praised state schemes. Rayudu had conveyed his preference for Guntur before joining. He retired from all forms of cricket and announced his retirement from international cricket after being overlooked for the 2019 World Cup. Rayudu played for Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings in the IPL.
