Police arrest accused in murder case on the run since 8 months
Sunday, 7 January 2024 The crime branch unit 1 police arrested Vijay Patil, who was wanted in a murder case. Patil and his two friends killed a puncture shop operator because he didn't fill air in their two-wheeler's tyre on time. The Adgaon police registered a murder case against the trio on April 30, 2023. Patil had escaped, but the other two accused were arrested. On January 3, the police arrested Patil near the Batuk Hanuman temple, where he was threatening people with a sharp weapon.
