Ex-SHO among 18 booked for fake FIRs to grab land

An FIR was registered against 18 people, including a businessman, for attempting to grab land worth over Rs 20 crore. The ex-SHO of Jagdishpura, Jitendra Kumar, was also named in the FIR. The accused, in connivance with the land mafia, carried out dacoity at the house of Ravi Kushwaha, who had been living there for over 35 years. Ravi and his family were falsely implicated in cases and sent to jail. Four police personnel, including the SHO, have been suspended pending investigation.
