Sena row: Possible some Maharashtra MLAs from both sides may get disqualified or none at all: Legal experts

The decision by the Speaker in the Shiv Sena MLAs' case will be based on constitutional provisions and may have many contours. There are a total of 34 disqualification petitions and counter-pleas grouped into six categories. Some MLAs from both factions may face disqualification, while others may not. The Speaker will issue separate orders on the six groups to determine the outcome of the case.
