Thakur said that people will "reject" the Congress party in the upcoming elections. Congress declared that it would skip the inauguration ceremony of the Ayodhya Ram Temple, calling it a "political project" of the BJP and RSS. Thakur further asserted that Congress boycotts events and the people will do the same in the next elections.
