Terrorists reportedly attack Army vehicle in J&K's Poonch, security forces launch operation
An incident of firing took place late Friday evening in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district, prompting security forces to launch an operation, officials said. A defence spokesperson said details of the incident were being ascertained. Unofficial reports, however, claimed that the firing was aimed at a cavalcade of vehicles of the security forces in the Krishnagati sector. As of now, there are no reports of any casualties or injuries resulting from this attack. Following the attack, security forces were quick to act, initiating a search operation in the area to locate and apprehend the terrorists responsible.
