Uddhav group moves SC seeking to quash Maharashtra speaker’s orders
Monday, 15 January 2024 The political dispute over control of Shiv Sena between Uddhav Thackeray and Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde reached Supreme Court. Sena (UBT) faction sought quashing of assembly speaker's orders recognizing Shinde faction as the real Sena.
