HC: Make awareness against nylon manja use part of school curriculum
Monday, 15 January 2024 The Bombay high court's Aurangabad bench asks the School Education Department to include awareness against nylon manja in the school curriculum. The court suggests putting up awareness posters about the harm caused by nylon manja. The court sets a deadline for the necessary affidavit and continues the action against the sale and use of nylon manja. The court has asked the principal secretary of the School Education Department to submit the necessary affidavit in response to its order in the next three weeks.
