TMC leader Mahua Moitra moves Delhi High Court challenging her eviction from the government allotted bungalow. Eviction notice was issued to Moitra on Tuesday and she was asked to vacate the accommodation immediately. The eviction notice had warned of "use of force" if Moitra does not vacate the bungalow. Moitra was expelled from the Lok Sabha on December 8 after the Ethics Panel found her guilty of sharing her parliamentary login credentials with businessman Darshan Hiranandani.
