Agniveer killed, 2 wounded in landmine blast along LoC in J&K

A young soldier enlisted through the Agniveer scheme was killed and two Army colleagues were wounded in a landmine explosion in Nowshera sector along LoC. The fallen soldier was identified as Ajay Singh from Ludhiana. Security forces have faced a concerning rise in Army fatalities in Rajouri and Poonch districts, with a total of 35 reported since Oct 2021.
