Fresh ED summons for Lalu and Tejashwi

Enforcement Directorate has summoned former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad and his son and deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav again on Jan 29 and 30, respectively, for recording their statements in a money laundering case related to the railways land-for-jobs scam. Lalu was last summoned on Dec 27 when he expressed inability to travel and record his statement at ED’s headquarters. Tejashwi too missed his last summons though he had appeared once earlier. ED has called them for questioning at its Patna office.
