Significant improvement in internal situation in Jammu-Kashmir, North East and LWE affected areas: Amit Shah

Union Home Minister Amit Shah stated that Jammu and Kashmir, the North East, and Left Wing Extremism-affected areas have shown significant improvement, with a 75% reduction in violence and an 80% reduction in geographical impact. He emphasized the need to free remaining areas from the extremism problem in the next three years and called for a detailed roadmap.
