Finland firm’s 500 AI-enabled cams to maintain vigil in Ayodhya
Sunday, 21 January 2024 Finland-based Mirasys (India) is helping Ayodhya police monitor the 5km circumference of Ayodhya Dham with AI technology. 500 cameras provide a 360-degree view of critical crossings and key points, enhancing security. Mirasys' unified AI-enabled platform ensures data integrity, crowd management, and efficient surveillance. The technology also enables facial recognition, crowd estimation, and threshold alerts, preventing stampedes.
The Finnish government declared Wednesday a nationwide day of mourning, ordering state agencies and institutions to lower the national flag to half-mast.
