Not here to watch, act: Manipur CM Biren Singh slams central forces

CM N Biren Singh on Sunday came down heavily on the central forces deployed in Manipur, saying they have not been invited to be a mute spectator to the ongoing conflict, but to protect lives and properties of innocent people. His tirade came amid the recent spate of attacks on security personnel and civilians by suspected militants at different places in the state.
