Wife entitled to know man’s salary for maintenance: Madras HC

The Madras HC dismissed a plea challenging the state information commission's order to furnish the husband's service details to his wife. The wife, who had sought maintenance from him, needs the husband's salary information to make her rightful claim. The court upheld the commission's order, stating that the wife is entitled to know the husband's remuneration.
