France raises issue of notice to journalist over visa rules

French government raised the case of a French journalist, Vanessa Dougnac, who was slapped with a notice by Union home ministry recently for alleged violation of visa rules and a threat to revoke her OCI card. The journalist has also been accused of "malicious'' reporting.
