Telangana govt to take up caste census soon: CM Revanth Reddy

Telangana chief minister A Revanth Reddy on Saturday announced that the state government would fulfill its pre-election promise to conduct a caste census. Reddy convened a meeting to address concerns regarding minority, backward class, and tribal welfare issues, during which he instructed officials to initiate the necessary measures for conducting the caste census, according to an official statement.
