An engineer was arrested for running a fake call centre in Ulve, Panvel, luring people with a fake advertisement for Prime Minister Mudra's Loan at 2% interest. The mastermind, Sunil Chavan, operated the call centre and siphoned money from people through 17 bank accounts.
