Aiming to curb possible escalation of sparring between Calcutta HC judges, the Supreme Court on Monday shifted to itself all proceedings before HC on caste certificate scam in admissions to West Bengal medical colleges but rejected the state's plea to restrain Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay from acting inimical to TMC government.
