IAS officer Radha Raturi becomes first woman Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand
Uttarakhand gets its first woman Chief Secretary after state Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami approved IAS officer Radha Raturi's appointment. Raturi is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1988 batch. Before taking over this throne, Raturi was the additional chief secretary of the state.
