4th case in a month: 7-year-old attacked by pit bull in Delhi, owner held

A seven-year-old boy was attacked by a pit bull in Mahendra Park, northwest district on Jan 21. The dog's owner has been arrested. The boy was playing near his house when the incident occurred. He was rescued by other people and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
