Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party could be banned if Imran Khan and other top brass are convicted in cases relating to violence and violation of the Secrets Act. Election Commission of Pakistan declared that PTI had received prohibited funding in 2003, giving opportunity for PML-N-led PDM government to dissolve the party.
