'Join us and become CM,' Bihar Congress chief tells Manjhi

In a fresh twist to the Bihar political drama, Congress offered the post of CM to Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) founder Jitan Ram Manjhi on Saturday, a day after he had sought for two ministerial posts for his party. His party has been given one berth so far. HAM(S) has four members in the state assembly.
