Defence Minister Rajnath Singh officially commissioned the survey vessel INS Sandhayak into the Indian Navy at the Naval Dockyard on Saturday, as reported by Nalla Babu. This ceremony signified the formal entry of the first of four large survey vessels into the Navy, all of which are being constructed by Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers in Kolkata.
