MP HC turns TOI report on school fee row of rape survivor into PIL

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has converted a Times of India report into a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) concerning a case where a child gang rape survivor was abandoned after the state government pledged to provide her with free education but failed to cover her fees beyond the initial year.
