Betting on being better: Over 1k gamblers sign agreement in Agra

Ravi Kishore, a habitual gambler in Agra, submitted a bond letter at Mantola police station, pledging to quit gambling. Over 1000 registered offenders also signed bonds to quit illegal card games and betting. Agra Police commissioner J Ravinder Goud initiated this reformative approach to address the multi-dimensional menace of gambling.
