Gupteswar forest declared as biodiversity heritage site

Gupteswar forest situated in the Dhondrakhol reserve forest within the Jeypore forest of Koraput district has been declared as the fourth biodiversity heritage site (BHS) of Odisha. State govt has issued notification regarding this, said official sources on Monday. The site spread over 350 hectares of demarcated area has the famous Gupteswar Shiva shrine.
