Tejashwi Yadav takes back remark on Gujaratis, complaint quashed

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court dismissed a criminal charge filed against RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav for making the derogatory comment "only Gujaratis can be thugs". A bench of Justices A S Oka and Ujjal Bhuyan granted the relief to the former Bihar deputy chief minister after he filed affidavit in apex court to withdraw his controversial statement.
