Farm stir not peaceful, armed protesters may gherao Parliament: Haryana in High Court

Haryana govt has claimed in its status report submitted before Punjab and Haryana HC that they had inputs regarding thousands of agitators moving in modified tractors/trolleys with weapons for camping in Delhi and laying siege to Parliament. It has also claimed that agitation was "not peaceful" and would "cause huge damage to common citizens as well as institutions".
