No pledge creates absolute right for bank to recover any amount: Court

The Punjab and Haryana High Court clarified that a pensioner's undertaking does not give the bank an absolute right to recover any amount assessed and paid by them. The court stated that the bank can only recover money if mistaken entries have been made in the account by mistake.
